HELP PROTECT THE VOTETrue Vote Maryland is a nonpartisan group trying to protect Marylanders against computer glitches or problems with the machines while voting. They are working in coordination with SAVEourVotes.org, Volunteer for Change, Pollworkers for Democracy. The Maryland Board of Elections also allows for other types of poll watchers and challengers - see http://www.elections.state.md.us/challenger_watcher.html. They are also looking for Election Judges. Ask your employer if they give time off with pay on Election Day for working at the polls - you might be surprised that some do. Can't get time off? Here are other things you can do.:
